Evans Plaza is a three story office building. The 1st floor is at garden level, down a half flight of stairs from the lobby. The 2nd floor is up a half flight of stair from the lobby. The building does not have an elevator. The building has CCTV surveillance of the interior and exterior public spaces. Discounted broadband internet access is available from the building system, or from a third party provider such as CenturyLink or Comcast.
