Building Profile - Location, Location, Location!

The Evans Plaza Office Building is conveniently located in southeast Denver at 5303 East Evans, one half mile east of I25 at Grape Street. The building is brick construction with approximately 12,000 square feet on three floors. It occupies the eastern portion of a 2 acre office campus shared with ListenUp, Inc. The campus includes a grassy area with trees and a picnic table. 

There are several outstanding features to this building. It has its own stop light at Grape Street, which makes entry and exit from the parking lot a breeze. In addition, there is another access road to the north of the building with private ingress and egress. The building is just one block west of the U.S. Post Office at Evans and Holly and is well served by FedEx and UPS.
